Olga Boltenko-Kroon

Olga Boltenko-Kroon is the Founder of Aletheia Projects AG, an independent boutique trust company based in Zurich dedicated to providing effective, bespoke solutions for wealthy families. Leveraging three decades of expertise in international wealth structuring, Olga provides strategic oversight for complex trust and estate administrations across multiple jurisdictions.

Olga is a highly decorated professional in the fiduciary industry, having been named to the IFC Powerwoman Top 200 and the Citywealth Leaders List for multiple years. She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), the International Academy of Trust and Estate Lawyers (IATEL), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a former Chair of the Individual Tax and Private Client Committee of the International Bar Association, where she contributes to the evolution of global fiduciary standards.

Her approach at Aletheia Projects focuses on a "select-client" model, allowing her to devote deep personal attention to the long-term wealth preservation goals of her clients. Her extensive publication record in organsing  highlights her position as a thought leader in the areas of international succession and the administration of estates.

Olga’s dedication to the fiduciary industry is evidenced by her role in organizing premier wealth management events that define international best practices. She chairs the Global Wealth Future Forum, a yearly gathering (next convening February 4, 2026) that focuses on the long-term protection of assets and the evolution of the trust industry. She also plays a central role in the "Private Clients in the Changing World: Where East Meets West" summit on April 23, 2026, a partnership with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce. Through these platforms, Olga ensures that Aletheia Projects remains at the forefront of global wealth trends and regulatory shifts.

Evgenia Martin

Evgenia Martin brings two decades of elite experience in international wealth planning and regulatory compliance to the Aletheia Projects team. As a specialist in the coordination of international corporate projects, Evgenia is responsible for ensuring that complex wealth structures meet the highest standards of tax and legal transparency.

Throughout her career at "Big Four" firms and Tier-1 global law firms—including Deloitte, EY, and Withers LLP—Evgenia has developed a reputation for excellence in servicing clients from the CIS and Europe. Her background as a tax-specialized economist and lawyer allows her to provide a 360-degree view of asset protection and wealth transition.

Currently, Evgenia supports Aletheia Projects AG with her deep tax and legal expertise, specifically overseeing regulatory and compliance frameworks. Her approach combines the technical rigor of her background at Boltenko Law with a pragmatic understanding of the fiduciary industry. Based in Zurich, she remains a key figure in the Swiss-Russian private client sector, dedicated to the long-term stability and compliance of international family offices and trust structures.

Charlie Willcox

Charlie Willcox is a senior financial services professional with over 45 years of international experience, specializing in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational control within the private wealth sector. He serves as a leading advisor for Aletheia Projects AG, where he provides essential oversight for complex wealth structures, ensuring they adhere to the highest global regulatory standards.

An acknowledged expert on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard), Charlie is a sought-after consultant for financial institutions and family offices. His career includes high-level roles at some of the world’s most prestigious financial organizations, including over 15 years at the Stonehage Fleming Group, where he acted as Director and global Subject Matter Expert for tax transparency regimes. He also held senior leadership positions at the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Coutts & Co, where he spearheaded multi-jurisdictional internal audit and operational risk projects.

Charlie’s dual background as a former regulator and a seasoned industry practitioner allows him to provide pragmatic, "can-do" solutions to complex compliance challenges. Based in Zurich, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UK). A frequent speaker at international seminars, Charlie is dedicated to helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of tax transparency while protecting their long-term reputational integrity.

Mattheus (Matt) Kroon

Mattheus (Matt) Kroon

Mattheus (Matt) Kroon is a seasoned Risk and Compliance Specialist with over 20 years of experience in IT and data management, and 12 years of specialized leadership in the fiduciary and financial advisory sectors. At Aletheia Projects AG, Matt oversees the critical intersection of operational risk and regulatory adherence, ensuring that complex trust and corporate structures remain fully compliant with ever-evolving global standards.

Matt’s dual background as a technologist and a risk manager allows him to offer a uniquely modern approach to compliance. He specializes in the design and maintenance of Internal Control Systems (ICS), conducting independent monitoring, and providing expert training on regulatory provisions. Since 2017, he has been a key operational partner for Aletheia Projects, where his work focuses on risk analysis and the integration of robust ICT frameworks to support high-stakes wealth management and business development.

A Dutch citizen with an extensive international background, Matt excels at managing cross-border risks for a diverse global clientele. His career prior to the fiduciary world includes high-level IT consultancy for multinational corporations such as BASF and Engelhard, which informs his meticulous approach to data integrity and operational security.
